Abstract
The article is aimed to systematize the problems and ideas that have general methodological content and go beyond the space-time, where and when Foucault gave a lecture on March 8, 1978. Fukean concepts of space ungovernment and state rationalization are considered, various trends in understanding state interest. The author outlines the problems associated with the formation of the paradigm of its reflection. The author embeds Foucault's reflection in the context of the problems of the analysis of the modern state.
