Abstract
The authors consider the urgent issue of formation and design of visual navigation on the Internet and the real space in the infrastructure of the modern city as a factor of socialization of the individual in the urban environment. Modern design makes it possible to develop sites for users with all sorts of materials of different social nature according to the users’ interests, indicating the addresses, transport schemes, working hours of objects, etc. The visual navigation system should also address the daily needs of citizens and visitors for better orientation and integration with the modern city system around the clock in harmony with the needs of the individual and with minimal necessary efforts and time. It should be clear, accessible to Russians and foreign citizens and allow them to address their pressing needs.
