Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of the state regulation of socio-economic, scientific and innovative activities. The inhibition factors for the socio-economic, scientific and innovative development of Russian society are analyzed. The specific features of the institutional environment influence on the practices of state regulation in Russian society are investigated. The author finish the article with some theoretical conclusions and practical recommendations on the development of state regulation practices in Russian society.
