Abstract
The article is devoted to the study of ethnocultural traditions in everyday practices of the South of Russia population. Based on the results of applied sociological research, the manifestation of traditions in the individual practices is analyzed. The author concludes that the greater adherence to traditions is manifested among the population of the Republics of the South of Russia. Moreover the individual private space is more sensitive to the ethno-cultural traditions than the public space.
