Abstract

The article analyzes the institutional system of regional governance in Russian society. The author of the article adheres to the position according to which in the institutional system of regional management administrative institutions determine the vector of managerial influence and in this sense replace social investment institutions. Describing the possibilities of developing a social and investment model of regional governance, it is concluded that it is realistic to move within the administrative institutions to a “point” social and investment segment in the regional management system.
