Abstract
This article analyzes the results of a sociological study aimed at the identifying of social, group, structural and typological features of the professional identity of representatives of the budgetary sphere (including doctors) in conditions of precariation in Russian megacities. In spring2017, astandardized questionnaire was conducted by the research team using a quota-proportional sample with a statistical error of no more than 4-5% (468 doctors from Moscow and 402 doctors from Kazan were interviewed) and 14 in-depth interviews,7 ineach city were conducted. The sociological analysis of the received empirical information has allowed to conceptualize representations about professional identity of doctors in the precariatizing environment of the Russian megacities -MoscowandKazan. A comparative research source base was compiled, including data from Rosstat, VCIOM and data obtained by in-depth interviews. The sociological research was conducted with the purpose of revealing the social-group, structural and typological features of the professional identity of doctors as a socially-oriented professional group, in conditions of precariation in Russian megacities. The developed author's sociological toolkit allowed to fully analyze the level of material satisfaction of doctors and to investigate the perception by doctors of their socioeconomic status; to study the structure of the social identity of doctors and determine the importance of professional identity; to reveal the influence of precariatization processes on the transformational tendencies of professional prodigality. In the course of the study, the criteria for the success of the formation of the professional identity of doctors were identified and described, among them an emotionally positive attitude toward the profession of the doctor and satisfaction with his choice of profession, a high level of assessment of the social well-being of doctors. The theoretical and methodological and applied sociological research conducted, as well as a series of in-depth interviews, showed that the type of professional identity of doctors can be formed in absolute or mixed form. The obtained results allowed to speak about a sufficiently high level of corporate professional identity of Russian doctors, assuming a high degree of loyalty to their place of work. At the same time, it has been established that for the doctors of large Russian megacities mixed types are characteristic, which in general corresponds to the all-Russian tendencies of the formation of the professional identity of doctors.
