Abstract
The article explores the possibility of the predicting of the emergence of objects with a networked nature in social reality. Social topology, and more precisely, the procedure for building a potential network design, creates the theoretical and methodological foundation of the research. The mechanism of its application is based on the fixing the characteristics of network stability through the use of prognostic parameters called predictors. The predictors, capable to make the basic prerequisites for the embodiment of a social network, are divided on manageable and unmanageable according to the degree of the possibility of external control. The conclusions about the prospects for theoretical anticipations and the possibility of developing an effective methodology that allows both to monitor the factors that affect the projected network changes and, to correct future network development within specific limits are made.
