Social Structure of Employees in the Real Sector of Economy As the Basis of Social Potential

The article analyzes the specificity of social structure of the population engaged in the real sector of modern Russian economy in terms of reindustrialization processes. It is noted that the connection of new industrialization with social structure of employed in the economy in the mode of concrete social time is the social motor of the industry. The transformation of the institution of property in the context of the revision of the socio-class structure of employees in the industrial production sector is analyzed. The color revolution in social and professional structure of employed in the economy and the processes of devaluation of the university diploma are considered. The mass consciousness tendencies of those engaged in the economy are studied.
