Abstract
The processes associated with the realization of state policy, have as its content the implementation of specific measures to achieve the goals, with the primacy of Executive power. Therefore, the article reveals the main components of political and state mechanisms of realization of state policy in the field of property relations, and political and legal problems which impede full functioning and effectiveness of the mechanisms of state property management in terms of modern political and socio-economic transformation.
