Abstract

In the article the authors examine the vector of doctors’ social relation towards obligatory medical insurance in Rostov-on-Don. On the base of primary data of sociological poll among doctors it is proved that current institutional mechanisms of medical care are ineffective. It is connected on one hand with the insufficient financing of medical organizations, on the other – with the discrepancy between the necessary and real volume of the provided medical care. The novelty of the article is expressed in the quantitative explication of problem zones in the system of obligatory medical insurance in Rostov-on-Don. In addition, the article outlines the features of doctors’ social mood in the context of transformation of healthcare institute in Russia.The authors come to the conclusion about a change-over emergency of existing regulations in healthcare sphere.
