Abstract
The tendencies of paradigmatic transformation of education as the condition for satisfaction of social needs in subjective personality are considered in the article. The tendencies of paradigmatic transformation of education are described. Integrative basis of changes in professional training is distinguished in anthropological methodological grasps, discerning the subject of activities as an inexhaustible potential of the society development, as a system synthesizing the qualities of nature and society, embodied in culture of human activity.
