Abstract
Globalization not only aggravates a question of dialogue of cultures and outlooks, it is tolerant interaction, but demands interpretation modern and adequate to difficult peripetias of political life. The VII thRussian philosophical congress was devoted to these questions «Philosophy. Tolerance. Globalization. The East and West- are dialogue of outlooks». It was a peculiar review of humanity, therefore topical issue: as far as it`s capable to comprehend and solve global crisis of split mankind on valuable basis?
