Abstract

This paper analyzes the empirical data a complex study conducted in among socially active young people late 2013 in eight regions of southern Russia. The sample configuration allows distinctly to consider factors contributing to the integration and disintegration of youth as a social group and the process of youth integration into the societal system of society. The article deals with the institutions and symbols which consolidate or segregate modern socially active youth. The differences of estimates of respondents from regions with different types of political culture and ethno-social structure are analyzed.
