Abstract

The article is devoted to the philosophical doctrine of man in the transpersonal philosophy of the twentieth century. The author shows the pattern of emergence of transpersonal anthropology at the background of existential philosophy, full of tragic pathos. Transpersonalizm, as the author thinks, back us to the mystical and esoteric understanding of man, but based on spiritual practices and experiments. The author reveals the key provisions of S. Grof and K. Wilber philosophical and anthropological views and emphasizes their essentially optimistic.
