Abstract

In the article the problem of improving the corporate management and the formation of innovational corporate culture is comprehensively analyzed and discussed. The ways to improve the innovative capacity of companies and economic development are proposed. It is concluded that the formation of the element basis of innovative business, based on a new quality of corporate relations, positions as a concentrated expression of the new strategic direction.
