Justification of the ideology of spirituality in the context of education in modern Russia

Objective of the study is to identify and reveal the semantic characteristics of the basic concepts of the ideology of spirituality in the aspect of pedagogical science and practice in modern Russia. Methodological basis of the study consisted of: the fundamental ideas of the phenomenology of the disclosure and development of personal spirituality; the basic positions of the evolution of the cultural development of mankind in terms of considering the universal and unique characteristics of the cultural genotype – the foundations of spirituality; semantic characteristics of the conceptualization of the ideology of spirituality of modern education. Results of the study are to present an ideological interpretation of the phenomena of "spirituality" and "social spirituality"; substantiate the need for semantic development of personality in the context of the formation of the main directions of the program of spiritual life of a personality; determine the semantic characteristics of the ideology of spirituality in the context of education in modern Russia; introduce the concept of "metalanguage" of the ideology of spirituality and its basic characteristics. Prospects of the study are connected with the understanding of the concept – the acquisition of spiritual experience in terms of self-knowledge of the spiritual “I”, knowledge of the spirituality of the “Other”, understanding of the highest values, and the acquisition of higher spirituality.
