Abstract

Objective of the study. Nowadays our society is at the point of phase transformation in the process of transition from industrial to (post)industrial system of development. It results in a qualitative transformation of previously known phenomena. The cultural factor is considered as one of them in the context of the research task. The article is devoted to the study of the qualitative content, role and significance of the cultural factor in the transition to the (post-)industrial model of economic development in terms of evolutionary dynamics and transformation of macrosystems in different phase states. The methodological basis of the study. The methodological palette of the research is represented by the following tools: dialectical method, method of scientific abstraction and functional approach, supplemented by some elements of institutional analysis.   Results of the study. The author argues that culture is a meta-category, which correlates with the concepts of almost all without exception humanities and social sciences in the scientific field and it is often used without a strict definition. Culture is an important element in the system of production relations for the transition from reproductive to creative labor during the transition to (post)industrial economy. It creates a cultural phenomenon and overcomes alienation. It is necessary to remove the relations of alienation for the progress of culture. Only in this case there will be a qualitative development of the creatosphere, which serves as the basis of (post)industry. The article presents the qualitative characteristics of creative labor as the main element of reproduction of the corresponding culture. Creative industries are one of the institutions of reproduction of the subject – the bearer of creative potential of (post)industrial changes.   Prospects of the study. Further development of the mentioned points are connected with the possibility of study the dialectics of the creative class genesis and the role of creative labor in the economy of the XXI century.
